Whether you can get to concourse J from D I am sure someone else can answer, but I am sure it would not be practical. When I am flying AA I schlep it all the way to the Premium Lounge behind the Qatar check in desks in concourse E. The PP lounge is the Club America lounge in concourse F. It only looks to be marginally further than the Premium Lounge
