SilkAir seating issues
So I booked a return journey from Australia to Cambodia but on the Virgin Australia website. The flights are operated by Singapore Airlines and SilkAir so I have tried to select seats on those flights.
I have spoken to VA and got the SQ PNR and through the mobile app, I was successful in selecting seats for the SQ operated flights but the SilkAir services it was not happy about. I kept getting an error message saying seat select unavailable for fare type.
Is there any way around this or should I just not bother.
