The issue of the Puerto Rico's "legal" status is a topic for other forum (posts on that subject have been removed). It is sufficient to state that access to no longer existing UA operated club at SJU was allowed to all UA *Gs. But basically is a moot point now.

Still I'm confused about whether UA passengers have access to the Avianca lounge at SJU. It is in a grey area as being "third-party member operated". The *A Lounge finder indicates that it is open to F + J w/ Gold;
Avianca is ambiguous. Any word on whether UA pax can use this lounge?
