My biggest issue with BR was that when you have things on your tray, you cannot get out of the seat. The tray needs to be stowed to get in or out.
When you spend hours in the seat with a snack, drink, tablet, and maybe some other things on the table, and you need to make repeated trips to the galley or the lavatory, this becomes extremely bothersome.
I much prefer seats designs that allow you to keep the tray out, but still get in and out. AC allows this, as does every F product I've flown (except maybe UA, though I cannot recall).
