Soft product somewhere between J and F compared to other top Asian airlines like CX, SQ, NH.

On the region TPE - KIX they happened to have the same long haul pod for my flight. The Japanese breakfast beat CX/SQ/NH full meal in quality and quantity.

Service is warm, in fact too warm, if you are/speak Chinese. Otherwise maybe considered so so as my travelling companion is not Chinese and the difference in treatment is very noticeable.
