Sorry, but they are completely different designs from different suppliers.
They are nothing alike other than the cabin being 1-2-1
If you think they are the same based on the various images and photos both of us posted, well, then there is not much I can add.
Either others here who have flown both "designs" have nothing to say or they don't care enough.
For many, a seat is a seat. For me or others, a seat for 14-16 hours matters.
