I wouldn't refund your money and hope they don't. You took their product out of inventory knowing full well you were about to make platinum and ask for your money back. Why did you do this? To secure these seats for yourself instead of taking the risk that someone else would take them before you were entitled to get them free, whether they would have paid or been allowed to take them for free. Just my three cents.
