Assuming you haven't flown these flights yet, I'd say it's a 50/50 shot calling AA. You might get an agent who thinks "impressing" a new PLT by providing a modicum of customer service is a good thing.

Or you might just get a typical AA agent who has a framed "NO" sitting next to his/her monitor.
