Got this email and took the plunge registering and booking a CE return to HAM by the deadline and for flying in my birthday month.

11 days on from the trip the flight has posted for earned Avios and TP's but no sign yet of the promised 9000 Avios Birthday Bonus!

Anyone else taken up one of these birthday offers and if so did the bonus miles take a while to come through?
