Ha, no consistency here then: I requested it via the online feedback form, the online chat when making a booking, and via Twitter, and got nowhere. Speaking to an agent on the phone worked though.
Interestingly I tried to make a second booking with the promotion, via the phone, and they said it was good for one booking only. I then went ahead and made that second booking online, and that too is showing extra tier miles..!
It's EK after all, what were you expecting ;-)
