Earn Points in Rental Car Programs for Free Car Rental Days!

This is a welcome growing trend in the rental car industry:

Thrifty Car Rental recently introduced the new Blue Chip Rewards program.
National Car Rental recently introduced the Emerald Club Executive program, which also has an Elite level.

Are there any other car rental companies that now offer free rental days for points earned by renting cars in their respective programs?
