Congratulations on your engagement!

We have visited all Amans in Indonesia, some of them several times. There should be trip reports here including activities, special dinners etc. if you do a search. I agree that Jiwo should be included ideally, but since it is honeymoon and first time at these wonderful resorts it is really no problem at all to concentrate on Bali only - very very romantic indeed. I have a hard time picking a favourite among the Bali Amans as they are all wonderful and very different. Regarding activities I think Kila has the best offers, but also lots of nice things to do at Dari. At Nusa I would just stay in and enjoy the beach plus to a beach BBQ which I enjoyed just as much as the beach BBQ at Kila which "everyone" does. At Kila the special meals in their different bales (breakfast after trekking, sate evening up in the hills etc.) are great memories for us.
