So a friend of mine is looking to redeem tickets on CX from HK to Australia.

Outbound: CX 101, HKG - SYD, October 15
Inbound: CX 138, SYD - HKG, October 28

She's currently on waitlist for both seats she's trying to redeem on business class (U-Class??) and never gets a proper answer from Marco Polo.

Anyone have any idea on how I can check availability and what the chances are of this happening? My friend only has the Green status.
