Disabled/injured passengers boarded on top of beverage cart
Hi,
I was flying on UA 1670 SFO-HNL this past Sunday 9/18/16 and was shocked to see that UA staff had boarded a passenger with some kind of injury or disability while he was strapped to a beverage cart with the help of paramedics and there were several people in UA uniforms taking photographs as he was wheeled to seats in row 39. He was traveling by himself and appeared to have at least a broken leg-possibly more
Did anyone else see this? This can't be legal....it was a 737 aircraft...
I was appalled for the passenger and the crew seemed concerned by this decision...
