I asked it because not only was our room missing one of the two phones (cradles were there, but only one handset) and not only did we not have the "free water" Gold members get (heck, we weren't even on an SPG floor, which I'm sure led to the no water), but the clock was exactly 1 hour slow
I stay there quite a bit. Most of the time there is a sticker saying there are two charging cradles but only on handset-the other cradle is just another charger so you can put the phone where you want
Often the water is missing but sometimes it is in the mini bar.
