Does it really matter who runs the lounges? The T&C's state lounge access is provided not that you are entitled to access a specific lounge without changes to these in future. Aer Lingus might argue why fund two lounge visits for passengers? People were giving out that there was no lounge after CBP so people cant have it both ways.
Whether EI will ''force'' people who make a scene at the front desk to go to the new one past CBP is another matter.
