Hi

I requested four times to transfer MR points to an authorized card holder's ANA account but all four requests got cancelled for reason (so primary is me, my sister is an authorized card user and ANA account belongs to my sister).

AMEX card is a business gold card with 3 authorized users (all have access to their own AMEX online account). My sister requested the transfers from her own AMEX online account.

AMEX just said that ANA's system was down but all four times? The name on the AMEX and ANA account all match as well as the address.

Can anyone help what is going on? I need to schedule a flight leaving in two weeks. Thanks!!
