Since you buy first class, you already get that perk. I hope you sometimes buy discounted first/biz tickets.
On Intl trips you already get lounge access.
I would look at some other things as well - like various credit cards bonuses for signing up.
Chase new Reserve card costs $450, but you get $300 in travel paid for, and get 100,000 miles that can be used to book $1500 in travel, or transferred to many airlines for flights. Plus lots of other perks.
Delta Plat is also a great card for you.
