Getting to Heathrow from north London early morning?
I have a 7:40 am BA flight to Warsaw this week, and Citymapper is telling me that my options for public transport are limited. Any early-morning travelers care to share your secrets?

(Also, what time should I arrive at LHR T3 for a 7:40 am flight?)
