Black cab would be easiest but most expensive, and possibly most comfortable for 4 adults.
Uber or prebooked minicab would be cheaper and not much more difficult.
Tube would be cheapest and may be quickest, change at Hammersmith to District line to Embankment and a nice short walk across the bridge.
