You can try. I suspect you will find the cheapest Delta flights on Delta's website, where you can also make sure the booking class is going to earn you flights. Also by the way - as happened to me recently - it is better to be on a Delta ticket when it comes to getting on the upgrade list and dealing with any operational issues, otherwise Delta might pass the buck over to AF or KL...
