I recently bought a XiamenAir longhaul business class ticket (operated by klm) on budgetair.co.uk. Very cheap (~£800). Ticketed almost immediately and then showed up in klm.com at once. As long as you don't intend to try contacting them to make any changes etc then I'd go for it.
