The Sheraton NY is hardly a property that Swood would want to bank its reputation on. Many of the rooms are not renovated, all rooms are small, and there's always chaos in the lobby. It does however have one of the nicer city hotel gyms I've ever seen and you can use the pool at the Sheraton Manhattan across the street.

Never stayed at the 4P Chelsea - although I think it's more in the Flower District if anyone calls it that anymore
