I am now seeing the same thing.

However, now the font in the toolbar has shrunk from my customary font size 11 down to 9.

I can't seem to adjust the toolbar font back up to font size 11 from size 9. Does anyone know how to successfully make this change for the toolbar font, not the web content or bookmark font?
