I booked 2 one way tickets with Dragon Air using Avios points. Each reservation has 2 passengers. We are going from Hong Kong to Vietnam.

Vietnam has changed its visa policy for USPassport holder, increasing the stamping fee from $25 to $135. Given the visa is good for a year, we are just going to be there for a few days. All of a sudden it does not seem it is worthy to go but my flight tickets are already booked.

If I cancel the tickets, what fee I am looking into? Since it is 2 one way tickets, do I pay cancellation fee x 2? Or because there are 2 of us, it is going to be cancellation fee x 4? And how much would it be?
