I just had to call Fidelity Cash Management/Debit card, as they blocked my card in the Netherlands, my fault I'm sure, as I never advised travel plans in advance.
When I called in, I had a very poor experience, rude guy who after I gave him everything but my eye color as a means of security clearance, he said he needed my fidelity account number, which i could not get to off my phone (guess Ill need to carry the account number around in the future). The whole call was aggressive from the get go, not caused by me in anyway, I'm always polite by nature.
I have always had only the greatest experience with Fidelity customer service and that got me wondering if these were actually CSR's from a different company, or bank? Time was 9am in Rotterdam when I called. Someone earlier mentioned PNC was the bank behind Fidelity, could it be I was speaking to PNC people supporting Fidelity?
