If you baggage is through checked, 1hr45mins is plenty of time! You can comfortably go from disembarking, through security, and be at your next gate in around 15 minutes.

If you need to collect your bags, that is going to make your connection fairly tight.
If the bags are not through checked and you are flying in on one airline and leaving on another how long would it take? Also, do you have to clear immigration to claim your bags and then recheck?

I'm thinking of flying from DPS on GA and then flying to LAX on AA.
