Programs: It's hard to get status when the website won't let me book flights.

It still bothers me to think that they are leaving it up to FA's to determine if someone has a Note 7.

While I respect and love the AC FA's (many of them I would book flights with just to fly with even if at different times) they are not tech's and trying to figure out if someone has a note 7 or not, when looking at a plane full of 450 pax, I do not beleive can be done with accuracy.
