Hello all, I can see award availability (2 seats) on 9W's website when I log in (no status on 9W).

Does this mean those seats will be available for redemption using UA miles?
Called UA twice...and they cannot see any seats at all.
(BOM-BKK; Dec-25; one seat C-class; looking at the afternoon flight....all 3 flights show 2 seats available in C-class...).

It is a poor redemption of UA miles...but the ticket is 800$ or so....
