Went to B to catch my domestic UA flight. Was told there was a temporary check-in counter (wanted a paper boarding pass) but could not find it. Pre-check was not open but lines were very short. What I missed the most was lounge access. I then learned that the gate shuttle now makes a stop where you need to be in B. Perhaps the best strategy will be to go to C, use the lounge, and then take the gate shuttle.

Question: how often do these shuttles run and how long does it take to make their stops at A and B?
