You'll need to call in. LAS-MAN requires connecting in the US with DL since VS doesn't fly intra-UK flights any more. They should be able to find a DL LAS-MAN route, if one is available. It'll likely be LAS-JFK-MAN on all DL flights. Note that DL isn't know for having the greatest availability for low level awards even for it's own DL SM members.
