Your best bet is going to be SQ or KE (note not for upgrade just to get an F award straight up).

On SQ, you have access to UA flights to Hawaii at the following pricing:

17.5k/Y each way
30k/F each way

No fuel surcharges since UA doesn't have any. Use ua.com to search for award space and then call SQ to book. IME points transfer from Chase in less than 24 hours.

KE is at the following prices (I believe):

30k RT in Y on AS (with connections) or HA (without connections)
60k RT in F same conditions as above. More details here

To get DL via KE it's 25k RT in Y and 45k RT in F but good luck finding low saver level flights to Hawaii on DL
