Agreed and generally on US airlines that's my position too. Although it pains me to say so, I've quite enjoyed my last few AA flights CLT<->SFO, I have BEAC gold which gets me free MCE seats and a couple of drinks. The crews out of Charlotte are really pleasant (which IMHO is unusual for AA), I wonder are they legacy US Airways crew??

I've never flown AF and KLM only in economy which was horrific.
