Contactless is MSD-only, at least based on the guy in front of us who used Apple Pay and had to sign. I think the cashier had to push something on her end to get it to work since some other display with a WiFi looking icon (not the standard contactless one) appeared before it ran the phone.

Meanwhile, the person I was with paid with her debit card. Speaking of which, common AID is used for debit, with a specific button appearing on the screen for PIN bypass if so inclined.

Anyway, it ran way too quickly to get any pictures other than the above and the "remove card" screen. (Which also had a much happier sounding beep than the Target one.)
