Indeed. Amongst *G customers departing on a same-day *Alliance flight, it's only UA*G that doesn't get UA lounge access when flying domestically. All other *Gs get access to UA lounges in the US when flying any *G carrier on that day -- whether or not the flight is international.

I can't remember the last time I've seen legally served free alcohol on domestic Indian flights. Marketing with free alcohol is an issue in India (and not even just in India).
