I concur. Left my ticket valise on a UA flight containing paper ticket, passport, etc. Called lost and found, got the "mailbox is full" message. Then my wife got the clever idea to call the airport management office to see if they would give me the local UA station office number. No problem! I was talking to a real person who went to the plane and recovered the item. I brought her a dozen roses when we went to pick it up.
