I was having a similar problem. I booked a simple round trip but never got an e-mail. I checked it under "my trips" and it says ticketed. Because I never received an e-mail, I don't have the ticket number.
I figured out how to find it -- at the bottom of the screen for that trip under "helpful links" is "print trip and receipt".
For 3 of my itns, at the top and bottom of their pages the ONLY option is "print trip"; for the a 4th itn (purchased through a travel agency), "print receipt and trip" appear at the top and bottom of its page.
