Thumbs up Pleasant TSA Experience

Travelling out of the Port Columbus International Airport in Columbus, OH this past weekend, I had a very pleasant experience with the TSA. On a busy Saturday morning at 7:30 when security lines could easily have mounted to epic lengths, I experienced almost no delay. They were ready to take my bag at the bomb scanner. I went through the metal detector with very minmal delays and my laptop and carry-on caused no problems. Everyone was friendly and treated me with respect and recognized that I too, am a human being. They chatted with little kids about where they were going, and laughed with pilots, and at the same time they were able to ensure a very secure situation that made me feel safe. Thank you very much to every TSA employee in Columbus for adding to my very pleasant weekend. Keep up the good work! And the rest of you TSA employees should take a trip to Columbus sometime and see how a pleasant and efficient security experience works.
