My son got denied today for the plus. He's never had a card from Barclays, but has 7 new cards in 2016. So...that was disappointing. Has anyone ever had success with a 2nd recon call with Barclays?
Generally the "too many new cards" denials are final and the recon reps note the calls so hanging up and trying again generally is useless
