I can top that: I had a hot meal in Y on FRA-LIS just this past November. (TP-operated). While TP struggles financially, they at lest try to maintain some standards.

The challenge I suppose to to find the real value-add in the service, i.e., things people will pay for and are able to pay for without being insulted.
