Fully booked hotel, no upgrade at all. Minimal recognition beyond "our business is important to us..."

E-mails requesting merging two bookings stayed unanswered and have not been worked on.(even on arrival they showed me in different towers...)

Cleanliness definitely needs to be improved (room was very dirty under the bed)

Power dropped out but that was fixed within an hour.

Will try to avoid this place in the future.
