I haven't been able to find any relevant info regarding recent approvals though.
I'm slightly curious to find out. I downgraded my A+ to the no-fee Arrival and I'm wondering if I can reapply for the A+ again and earn this bonus. I don't know that I'll apply either way, but just curious since if nothing else it could help with those super expensive seaplane transfers in the Maldives.

My numbers when I got approved for my Arrival+ this summer:
24 months: 27 new cards
12 months: 11 new cards
6 months: 4 new cards.
FWIW, this is my second Arrival+. The first had been closed ~9 months when I applied for this one.
