There's a Costco on each of the islands of Maui, Hawaii, and Kauai and they all sell beer, wine, and spirits. There are 4 Costco stores on Oahu but I've never been to any of them). Their booze prices are good compared to local stores (not as good as mainland Costco, but definitely better than local).
