As you can see already the lady was 100% wrong. It's in the lounge access rules which they should have and also as nux has quoted a oneworld benefit.

I'm surprised at GLA and I would have asked to see a Manager/Supervisor or asked them to check the rules.

Anyhow welcome here and there is lots of reading in the following re all BA and oneworld related facts/issues/info etc and most definitely worth a read.
