I'm generally happy with Hyatt's beds.
I once got a room with a mattress that needed replacing. The slightest movement made the entire thing shake and I didn't get much sleep that night.
I wrote to the hotel only to tell them about the mattress in that room, I did not ask nor expect anything, and the GM comped me a night. Which, if you can believe it, I never used

It is somewhere I've stayed at numerous times over the years.
Note that at least in Hawaii, when I asked the model number of the mattress in the suites we've been in, I was told that the beds in the suites are different than those in the regular rooms. That may have changed, it's been a couple of years since I asked.
