I think Hilton beds are much more comfy than Hyatt beds. Hyatt beds are materially firmer than the Hilton ones. That Park Hyatt New York bed was ridiculously hard for such a property. Still they are MUCH better than the stuff at Courtyards and the other low to mid range Marriott properties.
