Yes, you can pay the slightly higher price to submit your own design, which can be a copy of the JPMR card. You can also replicate your bank card so that it looks like the JPM debit card, if you're so inclined.
The custom version on their site is still laser engraved onto a stainless steel matte black card (or 24k gold plated card). I don't think either is going to look like the JPMR's finish at all.
