Though not entirely directly related to the card it was a purchase I made on the PD. Broke my Vertu today on the way into the office, directly called up my go to service rep from coverage team at about 8:30 and explained what happened and requested a claim sheet to fill out and was promised it would be in my email within a few minutes, I didn't receive anything and was sort of mystified but passed it off-at about 2 in afternoon a messenger was in the lobby of my building with a replacement and a hand written note from the coverage lady I had talked to. ^^ Maybe we won't have to deal with purchase protection and we can just get replacements like I had now
