It takes about an hour to get to PVG from the bund, but that varies.
I always like to be conservative.
I am the opposite, and I particularly dislike spending more time than necessary at PVG. I would aim to be there at t-80, and count on the taxi ride taking 50 minutes (this is a conservative estimate).
