Looks like I'll have to settle for the CSR. Chase doesn't have any credit cards that distinguishes CPCs anymore. Hopefully they'll offer the JPMR to CPC customers in the future and that will keep me a happy customer.
What if they just start engraving, "Chase Private Client," under your name like they did with the CSPs?
